Whether you’re planning a wedding, a corporate event, or a celebration, our Waldo Package provides everything you need to make your vision a reality

What’s Included with Your Rental

Exclusive Venue Access: Enjoy 9 hours of combined setup, event time and personal clean-up. Post-event cleaning is included in your rental fee, so there are no additional charges.

Event Preparation:

Walk into the space that is fully prepared and ready for your vision.

  • Flexible floor plans

  • 60″ round tables

  • High-top cocktail tables

  • 6′ catering tables

  • Black wooden chairs up to 100 guests

  • Linen selections in a variety of colors

  • All tables and chairs are set prior to your arrival based on your approved floor plan.

Planning Support: We guide you every step of the way.

  • Initial planning consultation and venue walk-through

  • Final details meeting 30 days before event.

            * Ask us about our In-House Coordination by Novella’s Events offering to make sure your special day is smooth, relaxed and effortless.

Full Venue Access Includes:

  • Catering Prep Area

  • Novella’s Drawing Room (Lounge)

  • The Suite (Weddings only)

  • Outdoor decks with furnished seating

Conveniet & Accessible Entry:

  • ADA-compliant front entrance off 75th Street

  • Rear entrance from the deck and parking lot.

Parking: Convenient on-site parking is located directly behind the building with two access drives from 75th Street.  Covered parking is available off the west drive and off-street parking.

Please note: There is NO EVENT  PARKING behind the apartment complex (222 Waldo Flats) to the west of us.

SMALL EVENT GATHERINGS

This is perfect for intimate celebrations such as Birthday Celebrations, Anniversaries, Baby / Bridal Showers, Celebrations of Life, and Other Special Gatherings.

 Sunday – Thursday $300 per hour

Friday & Saturday $350 per hour

Minimum of 3 hours

Must include at least 1 hour for set-up and 1 hour for personal clean-up.   

Bar Service – $425 

Bar Services to Include: Set-up, Bartending, Wrap-up, Cocktail Napkins, Ice and more

Please note: Bar service is not self-service.   All alcohol & drink related services must be managed by the venue.
