A little behind on this blog but still wanted to share an amazing event that 75th Street Events held on St. Patrick’s Day 2023.
We had our very first St. Paddy’s Day Elopement for any couple that wanted an intimate wedding up to 10 guests. We turned Novella’s Drawing Room to a unique chapel ceremony using beautiful lace on the arbor with real greenery and turned all the furniture in Novella’s into Eclectic seating. The bride was able to make her final touches in The Suite before walking down the aisle.
Each couple brought their own touches to their ceremony that made it their own special day. Michael & Sara had their daughter as their flower girl and Michael’s dad, Wade, officiated their wedding. Alexis & Caleb made sure only close family members attended their ceremony. Alexis the bride, her mom and grandmother (3 generations) took a special photographic memory and her dad gave an emotional toast.
After the ceremony, the couple took photos with Mariah Lawrence. Then, the couple and their family had a small reception with a champagne toast and cupcakes in The Suite, that was dressed up for the occasion. As the photographer, Mariah still took photos of the couple’s wedding day.
We can’t forget to give a HUGH THANK YOU to KCTV 5 for reaching out to us that morning. They loved the idea of St. Paddy’s Day Weddings so much, that they came to do a story on 75th Street Events and stay for a wedding to showcase a couple.
